We currently have an opening for a Senior Compensation Analyst within our Human Resources group. This position will be stationed at our headquarters in Raleigh/Durham, NC.
Summary:
The person in this role will be responsible for developing, implementing, communicating and administering innovative compensation programs and policies that appropriately attract, retain, motivate, and reward employees. This job will also entail other special projects to support competitive market analyses & develop materials for our Compensation Committee.
Shift: 1st, Non-Manufacturing
Responsibilities:

Provide single point of customer contact on a full range of compensation consulting/communication services for assigned subsidiaries and business units, including support for reorganizations, policy/program guidance, developing incentive plans, and conducting special surveys

Perform job evaluations for multiple types of positions (salaried, hourly, professional, management, executive, etc)

Review changes in wages and salaries for conformance to policy

Conduct and participate in compensation surveys

Responsible for leading select on-going and one-time projects such as Annual Stock Option Grant and Merit Program

Lead the automation/reengineering of major compensation programs/practices

Responsible for the support of compensation aspects of mergers/acquisitions (including international integrations)

Develop methods, tools and content for, and participate in the presentation of, compensation program communication and training activities.

Function as back-up to the Benefits Analyst and Director Compensation - Benefits.
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources related major
-
5 years of compensation experience
-
2 years of international compensation experience

Demonstrated expertise in compensation fundamentals

Advanced knowledge of Excel, HRIS and Payroll systems

Ability to think strategically and identify actions required to achieve the organization’s compensation goals and objectives

Demonstrated ability to quickly and accurately define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, and provide leadership and direction to internal and external parties to resolve complex compensation issues

Attention to detail and ability to produce quality work product in a fast-past, changing environment

Self directed, but able to successfully operate in a team environment

Ability to think strategically, solve problems, and implement solutions
Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in Human Resources related major

CCP Certification

Compensation experience in a technology manufacturing environment
