How to complete a Candidate Profile

Step 1

Click on the “Job Opportunities” link located at the top of the page. View current open positions, job descriptions and locations by clicking the job title. To apply for any job, click on the job title, and then click on “Apply for this Job” at the top of the page of the job description. Please note: to be considered an active candidate for a specific job, you must click “Apply for this Job” and complete the entire application.

Step 2

Identify yourself as a First Time User (if you have never used our on-line system) or as a Registered User (if you have already completed a profile). Please Note: Internal candidates must complete an internal application via the FSB intranet.

Step 3

If you are a First Time User, click on the button labeled “Click here to register” which will take you to the candidate profile form. You must complete the form in its entirety to be considered a candidate for employment. You will have the opportunity to save your work and return to the application at another time in the event you are unable to complete the entire profile during one session. A red asterisk next to the field name marks all required fields. You are not required to retype your resume. You can copy and paste your resume into the space provided. If you choose to use the copy and paste process, it is recommended that you perform this process from a text file rather than a Word document. When finished click the button labeled “Submit”. If all fields have been completed, the system will save your information and forward you to the Candidate Home Page that will allow you to navigate through the system.

If you are a Registered User, click on the button labeled “ Click Here to Log In”. Supply your email address and password and click the button labeled “Log In”, the system will forward you the Candidate Home Page that will allow you to navigate through the system.

For all users:
From the Candidate Home Page, you can choose from the following links to navigate through the system.

  • Edit Candidate Profile – Allows the user to make changes to current profile information.

  • View Candidate Profile – Allows the user to review current profile information.

  • View History - Allows the user to view a history of their job applications.

  • Search for Jobs – Allows the user to perform a specific search based on qualifying criteria entered into the search options.

  • View All Jobs – displays all open positions.

  • Personal Job Shopper – Allows the system to work for you by matching your qualifications to open positions.

  • Inactivate a Candidate Profile – Removes your profile information from the active pool of candidates.
