Selects, schedules, directs, supervises, trains and develops Income Audit staff. Ensures all revenue earned is properly recorded and documented. Develops and implements department policies and procedures in accordance with gaming regulations and internal controls. Monitors the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly gaming financial reports. Analyzes, audits, and trains on both the Advantage gaming software as well as Table Games applications. Investigates variances discovered through audits of paperwork from all departments. Creates monthly journal entries. • At least 21 years of age. • Four year degree in Accounting, or related field, or experience equivalent preferred. • Knowledge of IGT Advantage software preferred. • Working knowledge of the gaming industry preferred. • Working knowledge of Title 31 tracking and reporting. • Strong computer skills with concentration in excel spreadsheets. • Excellent written communications skills. • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communications skills. • Accurate and detail oriented. • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. • Ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a professional manner. • Ability to supervise and train individuals in a project environment, including follow up and review of subordinate work. • Ability to manage extensive amounts of paperwork. • Ability to develop, maintain, and analyze financial spreadsheets. • Must be able to pass licensing requirements of DGE
