Summary:

Responsible for dealing the games professionally, accurately and according to policies and procedures. Take losing bets and pay winning bets according to established rules and procedures. Deal the games in a high volume, fast paced and customer orientated gaming facility.
Respond to all guests¡¦ questions, concerns, comments and behaviors in a polite, respectful and patient manner at all times.

Major Responsibilities:

„X Handle Guest transactions for ¡§buy-ins¡¨, ¡§payoffs¡¨ and ¡§markers¡¨
„X Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous service in accordance with policies and procedures
„X Notify supervisor(s) of any irregularities in the play and/or transactions during the shift
„X Adhere to appropriate gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
„X Ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols
„X Verify fills and credits to the game
„X Eye/hand coordination and manual dexterity
„X Educates our guests on the proper rules and procedures of table games
„X Computes payable odds and payable winning bets
„X Monitors guests¡¦ play and table action to ensure the integrity of the games and company asset

Requirements:

„X Normal vision range
„X 2-3 years previous table game dealing experience
„X Minimum age requirement¡V21.
„X Constant contact with Guests and Harrington Team Members
„X Apply skill in dealing individual games
„X Regular, predictable attendance
„X High School Diploma/GED
„X Must maintain a neat professional appearance at all times
„X Excellent math and communication skills
„X Must be able to obtain a gaming license
„X Other job-related duties as assigned
„X Dealer(s) are part of the Table Games Team and report to Table Games Supervisor(s).
