Greets new arrivals at the main entrance of the Executive Office Building. Assist with department clerical tasks including but not limited to correspondence, typing, filing and copying. Answers incoming telephone calls, forwards calls to appropriate person and takes messages. Assist with maintaining the integrity of department records and maintains all company information in a confidential manner. Promotes positive public and employee relations. Performs other duties as assigned. • Answers telephone and handles calls in a professional manner • Performs clerical tasks and assists with special projects as needed • Greets applicants, employees, and visitors in a professional, courteous, friendly and efficient manner • Performs consistently in a work environment requiring high volume demands and flexibility • Attends periodic meetings and training sessions. • Assists in special projects. This position is a Thursday thru Saturday position and the hours are 5pm to Midnight. This coverage will help us cover the numerous calls that the Casino receives during the night time hours. This position will be the direct point of contact for all incoming calls and will answer/tansfer calls as necessary. |
