Job Description:
S1 Corporation is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a full time
position in our Norcross location.

Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing
systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user
requirements. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes
unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for
systems to meet business requirements. Designs details of automated
systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated
systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or
systems issues. Note: May be internal or external, client-focused,
working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing
functions. May include company-wide, web-enabled solutions.

KNOWLEDGE: Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and
company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective
ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer
review). Level at which career may plateau.

JOB COMPLEXITY: Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or
data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises
judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for
obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of
expertise.

SUPERVISION: Determines methods and procedures on new assignments

EXPERIENCE: Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related
experience. At this level, post-graduate coursework may be desirable.

CORE COMPETENCIES

Financial institution experience (Bank, Credit Union)
College degree required, post graduate desirable.
Minimum 5 years Business Analyst Experience.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
