The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing, assessing and successfully implementing a strategy to assure Authority compliance with the requirements of the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, Resource Response and Recovery Act and the Toxic Substance Control Act.

Must have a B.S. Degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Chemistry, Environmental Engineering, or in a related health, safety, engineering or environmental discipline, plus a minimum of five years experience in the environmental field, which includes in-depth knowledge of the PaDAP and EPA environmental regulations.

Must have strong technical writing skills and be able to work a demanding work schedule which includes non-traditional work hours. Will be subject to working "on-call." Must have a valid driver's license.
