 Job Description 

Sr. Recruiter

The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for providing the day-to-day recruiting direction and activities to drive recruiting success throughout the organization. In this role you will oversee the development and implementation of a wide-range of creative, short and long-term recruiting ideas, programs and plans to align WD’s recruiting strategy to the business goals.  You will oversee competitive intelligence and industry research activities to find and hire the best and brightest.  This will also be achieved through the development of traditional sourcing strategies along with participating in a wide-variety of professional associations. You will be tasked to select, evaluate, and deliver quality, professional candidates with the goal of earning a high level of credibility as an effective and responsive internal consultant while advancing the WD brand across all offices and verticals.  In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers, Sr. Leaders, and candidates to guide them through the recruiting and selection process. This role interfaces heavily with Sr. Leadership and articulates the policies, programs, services, and legal compliance required to maintain an effective recruiting process for the organization.  This role reports directly to the Sr. HR Manager

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (Human Resources, Marketing, Business, Communications) or equivalent knowledge gained from education and/or work experience
  • 8+ years of active external recruiting experience
  • Experience with online candidate management systems to drive recruitment effectiveness
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Applicant Tracking Systems, and the Intranet, including utilizing social networking sites to source candidates
  • High degree of professionalism and confidentiality
  • High Level of knowledge of domestic recruiting practices, programs, laws and issues
  • Ability to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of associates in the organization
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
