We Are Thinkers That Can Do!

WD Partners is a global design and program management partner for multi-unit food and retail brands.  With talented associates worldwide, and LEED accredited designers, architects and engineers licensed in all 50 states and Canada, we create opportunities to improve revenue and profits for our clients.

WD provides an environment where associates gain experience, train and mentor with the best, and build a successful career!  A philosophy of Real People where we leave our egos behind and focus on honesty and teamwork at all levels allows us to deliver on our commitment to our clients’ success.  Here at WD, we want to be the best and win at all times.  We currently have an opening for a Sr. Environments Designer in our San Francisco office.

As a Senior Environments Designer you will be developing, designing, implementing and preparing for roll outs of several brand-based solutions for WD Partners in the retail, restaurant, grocery and c-store/petroleum industries. In this role you will be working with designers of various functions from the inception of a project through to its completion as a cohesive team focused on developing brand right solutions.

Minimum Experience:

  • 4 year Bachelors degree in Graphics Design, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design, or Marketing
  • 3 years of retail, restaurant or convenience store experience dealing with multiple functions of design, such as graphics, environments, strategy, design development and construction documentation
  • Intermediate level experience with SketchUp, PhotoShop, InDesign, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Revit and Illustrator
  • Strong "hand" skills

What matters to our associates matters to us and benefits are at the top of the list.  We provide a comprehensive benefits package that encourages our associates to live healthy lifestyles, reach financial goals and cope with the challenges of life at work and at home.  WD supports and encourages work/life balance so we offer flex-time; we get involved in local charitable activities, and provide ways to get to know colleagues at BBQs and impromptu studio gatherings.

Check us out and you will find an opportunity to collaborate with smart, down to earth people who innovate with national and global brands and grow every day!
