As a Specialist, Talent Care & Development you are responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Talent Care & Development team including assistance with general department administration, recruiting and staffing and associate relations projects.  You will partner with the team to coordinate and help in directing the administration of the policies, procedures, and programs, and carry out responsibilities in functional areas including: associate relations, recruiting and general human resource activities.  In this role you are expected to uses basic HR knowledge working both independently and within a team under the general supervision of the Director, Talent Care & Development to complete tasks.  

Minimum Experience:

  • 4- year Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field
  • 3 years of experience working in Human Resources
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with advanced customer service orientation
  • Able to multi-task without loosing sight of the details
  • Ability to maintain and handle extremely confidential information
