As Sr. Information Technology Support Technician you will be providing advanced level support to internal end-users on a variety of issues.  You will be supporting internal associates in a regional multi-site environment.  You are responsible for identifying, researching and resolving technical problems through responding to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support.  This role is also responsible for installing, supporting and configuring hardware and software as needed to support the business operations units of the company. 

Minimum experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science or a relevant field
  • 7 years of work experience in an IT technical support services role
  • Thorough knowledge of MS Office components:  Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Access, MS Project, MS VISIO, MS Exchange Clients
  • Must be knowledgeable of PC and Macintosh based platforms, computer hardware and operating systems
  • Must have a strong understanding of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, telecommunications, workgroup printing, color and B&W, wireless connectivity
  • Must have experience resolving complex technical issues and be willing to serve as a technical mentor to other technicians
