As a Project Manager you will be Responsible for overseeing the development of all construction documentation including related activities, to ensure that program business communication plans, quality and results are met. You will have ultimate accountability and responsibility for process compliance, group realization, and workload assignments to teams to meet schedules and hourly budgets. You will directly be responsible for developing team members and providing feedback about the associates’ performance on your assigned projects.

In this role your key learning opportunities will include: coaching others on how to develop their project management skills; gaining exposure to strategic operational planning and forecasting; and managing larger scale projects for various clients’ projects in all industry segments.

Minimum Experience:

  • 4 - years Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering (Structural, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or equivalent knowledge gained by combination education and/or work experience
  • 10+ years of work experience in architectural or engineering services, with progressive levels of responsibility
  • PE, RA, or LEED AP along with PMP Certification is desirable
  • 5+ years management/leadership experience, supervising and developing others
  • 5+ years experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • 5+ years experience with staff management and tasking allocation
  • 5+ years experience in project management
  • Experience working with projects in a variety of industries
