As a Program Analyst you are responsible for providing financial support for client programs through interfacing with Program and Project Managers. In this role you will be supporting project teams by analyzing and processing project based financial related information used for assisting in general accounting processing activities.
Financial Related Support: Using various WD Partners financial tools, you will help to support the financial side of client programs, which includes, but is not limited to: weekly financial forecasts and project reporting, monthly close out and analysis, invoice coordination and processing, accounts receivable follow-up, as well as the maintenance of various spreadsheets to assist in the financial tracking of different aspects of client project and programs.
Administrative Related Support: You will help to coordinate and assist teams in a variety of administrative functions including, but not limited to: purchase order tracking and administration, vendor coordination, client and project set up through the projects@work portal as well as other general support of the team.
In this role your key learning opportunities will include: refining your financial knowledge and applying it to specific project situations; gaining exposure to all facets of the WD Partners business and the related financial reporting and proprietary tools; and working under different management styles; expanding your administrative skills; gaining exposure to companywide business practices, as well greater knowledge of the Project Management process.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
5 years experience in data entry and/or general office administration
Knowledge and experience in the retail design and/or architectural industry
