As IT Infrastructure Manager you are responsible for supervising the daily activities of the IT infrastructure services staff. This role uses a wide range of disciplines, such as distributed databases, networking and telecom technologies in the continual maintenance of the system’s infrastructure. At this level you will be expected to have the knowledge and experience to make effective recommendations to management on systems architecture and design. This role is to directly support company production and profitability through business enhancement initiatives using various technologies and strong people skills. The Manager is directly accountable for a team of up to four-infrastructure administration associates and in this role you are responsible for completing their performance reviews and developing their skills. This position reports to the CFO.

In this role your key learning opportunities will include: expanding your technology planning and implementation skills; developing team management skills; ensuring appropriate levels of capacity via planning and monitoring, gaining exposure to the strategic IT planning function as well as identifying and implementing best practices related to technology enablement.

Minimum Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business or Computer Science
  • 10 years of work experience in information technology
  • 3 years leadership/supervisory experience
