 Job Description 

SEPTA has is recruiting experienced Carpenters for current and future openings.
Will perform various carpentry work in general building or industrial construction and roofing. Will perform duties such as lay out and repair of inside and outside building framing and partitions. Installs, repairs or constructs platforms, fencing, counters and cabinetry. Installs hardware and accessories when needed. Constructs concrete forms and sets concrete as required.

High school diploma or equivalent and valid driver's license required. Must possess at least 3 years working experience as a Carpenter in general building or industrial construction and roofing. Must satisfactorily complete qualifications test. Will be asked to obtain CDL license.

Starting salary in our City Division is $28.31/hour with an increase to $31.46/hour after 1 year. Wage rates in our Railroad Division are lower.
