 Job Description 
SEPTA is seeking experienced HVAC mechanics. Maintains, troubleshoots and repairs HVAC Systems on SEPTA's bus and rail vehicles. Currently, we are seeking HVAC mechanics in our City Transit Division and Regional Rail Division.

Must have work experience in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment.
Must be proficient in the diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electrical and pneumatic troubles, in the disassembly, repair, and replacement of refrigeration, heating compressors, units and associated equipment. Working knowledge of vehicle climate control systems a plus.

This position requires a valid driver's license.

Starting salary in City Transit Division is $30.41/hour with an increase to top rate of $33.78/hour after 1 year.

Starting salary in Railroad Division is $29.85/hour with an increase to top rate of $33.17/hour after 1 year.
